What do Food of Zeus Meal Plans Include?

Our Signature Meal plans include everything you need to keep you energised and glowing throughout the whole day. The packages consist of breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with snacks and juices. For more information on each individual package, visit our meal plans page

When Do You Deliver?

We deliver between 6 – 7am, Monday and Wednesday morning. The delivery is packed in a chiller bag and left on your doorstep ready for you to enjoy.

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver to Harrogate and the surrounding areas. Please email to confirm that you are within our delivery area.

Do I Have To Cook Anything?

No, everything is done for you. All dishes are beautifully packaged and delivered with re-heat instructions.

Do I Choose My Food?

Every week we tailor a bespoke menu for you. We include your food preferences, and any allergies you may have in the menu selection. The menu changes weekly so that we can offer the maximum variety and use the freshest seasonal ingredients.

I am Vegetarian Can I Be On The Plan?

Of course you can all our plans can be made vegetarian.

Can I Pause The Plan

Plans can be paused at request within reason, giving 7 working days notice.

What Packaging Does Food Of Zeus Use?

We are very concerned about our impact on the environment. We use beautiful 3 compartment black containers, we then request that you leave your cool bag out on your doorstep prior to the next delivery with as many of the containers cleaned. On return FOOD OF ZEUS then further sterilise them before they are reused. Containers are used for 6 weeks before being recycled. This is to reduce the environmental impact of the meal plan without putting the customer at risk.
